tHE PARISIAN ESTATE HOME OFFICE PROJECT

Our clients’ home office was designed as a refined, and chic feminine study. Positioned to take full advantage of the expansive architectural windows, the layout features a smaller-scale presidential desk, oriented toward the garden view, making the space feel light and airy. The architectural details of the home continue in this space with signature wall mouldings on each wall. Our material palette for this space introduced a sophisticated interplay of Polished Nickel and Matte Black Bronze finishes (but with a heavier usage of the polished nickel for a softer, feminine touch).

To ground the light-filled volume, we brought in a deeply toned rug, providing a layer of visual weight and presence amidst the soft, neutral surroundings. A custom built in unit was designed for this space, both for aesthetic qualities and functional purposes, with a minimalistic lower-level storage unit, flanked by bespoke shelving units with integrated LED lighting. This glow from the shelving provided essential atmospheric warmth during the evening hours, supplemented by a deliberate plan of layered accent lighting.
