Our fees are transparent and based on the specific scope and scale of your project. We provide a detailed fee proposal after our initial discovery call so there are no surprises. Please note that our design fees are separate from your project budget for materials and construction etc.

While your Lead Consultant/Architect of Record focuses on the building’s shell, structural integrity, and authority approvals, we focus on the Interior Architecture - how you will actually live within those walls. We collaborate directly with your consultant to refine internal layouts, optimize room flow, and integrate bespoke lighting and electrical requirements into the early blueprints. By partnering with us at the start, you ensure that the internal space is as meticulously planned as its exterior structure.

While you don't need a final figure, having a target range is essential. It allows us to be intentional with our design choices - ensuring we recommend materials and furnishings that align with your investment goals. During our discovery call, we can help you understand realistic costs for the level of finish you desire in the current Dubai market. Please note that the project budget is separate from the design fees.

While we provide the necessary technical drawings and design intent, your structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) submissions are typically handled by a trusted partner consultant/engineer or your appointed contractor. We operate in a collaborative capacity - working alongside your appointed licensed consultant to ensure our interior design intent is seamlessly integrated into their technical filings.

Timelines vary depending on the package. A Conceptual Design can be delivered in 2–3 weeks. A Full-Service/Renovation project usually requires 8–12 weeks for the initial design and documentation phase. The construction and procurement phase depends on the contractor’s schedule and lead times for imported furnishings, which we manage closely with you. We aim to stick to the designated timelines and project deadline as agreed in your project scope and with the contractor.

The Discovery Call is a friendly conversation where we discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. It’s an opportunity for us to see if our design philosophy aligns with your goals. Before the call, we review your inquiry questionnaire so we can provide meaningful feedback from the very first minute.

In our Full-Service and Construction/Renovation packages, we provide as an optional additional service, 'Construction Supervision.' This means we conduct regular site visits to project manage alongside the contractor to ensure they are executing the design exactly as documented. We are your eyes and ears on-site to maintain quality and design integrity.

Our discovery call is designed to discuss your project's potential, but the creative work begins once we have officially partnered with you.

We work with premium local suppliers and showrooms in the UAE for bespoke materials and pieces, while also sourcing unique items from international suppliers in Europe and beyond. Depending on your project budget and goals, we will work with local and/or international suppliers that meet your particular needs.
