We start with the initial consultation by getting to know you, your vision and specific needs. Once technicalities are done and deposit paid, we can get started with the fun part!
We assign our clients ‘homework’, which includes our own custom client questionnaire, a welcome package and access to your digital client folder and collaborative software.

Once we understand your initial goals and vision, we review and edit your architectural designs to better align with the project goals.
We work closely with your consultant or contractor to rework the layout and function of your space with our expert advice and eye for Interior Architecture. When we have updated plans, we can sign off and begin the concept development.

Once we’ve got the concept signed off and numbers dialled in, Le Roux & Co will work to develop the concept into a final design. We will work on detailed custom technical drawings: from floor plan layouts and joinery elevations to lighting plans and material selection documentation.
We handle and prepare all the details for your final design presentation sign off!

If applicable to your project, we handle all the sourcing and ordering of materials, furnishings and finishes once the design is finalized.
We ensure everything is sourced from reliable suppliers and coordinate with your contractor.

We walk you through site visits, chase up orders and help keep the headache away!

Our construction & renovation design package is ideal for clients who have their own hands on approach for the final styling of a space and prefer to handle procurement and sourcing themselves. We focus purely on the fixed elements of your property: designing the perfect spatial flow, detailed custom joinery (millwork), specifying hard finishes (tiles, stone, paint), and producing the precise technical drawings your contractor needs. We ensure the built environment is flawless, leaving you post-handover, with the freedom to source, buy and install your own style.

Once we are ready, the fun part starts, where presentations of mood boards, material palettes and the architectural characteristics of the fixed elements in your space are decided on.

This is a fully virtual package where we focus on the aesthetic and function of your chosen space. You receive a conceptual design presentation package, with the mood boards, colour palettes and furniture, fixtures and finishes suggestions. This service is ideal for those who love DIY but need a cohesive vision to start their project.
