  • Project details (property location, budget, and design preferences).

  • Property information (floor plans or site photos).

  • Automatically collected data: (we may collect your IP address, browser type, access time or pages viewed using Cookies or our website provider, Squarespace’s tracking tools).

  • Third-Party tools: We may use Google Workspace and Analytics to understand site traffic and  user behavior.

How We Use Your Data 

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • To respond to your inquiries and offer design consultations.

  • Evaluate your project and prepare for our discovery call.

  • Provide the architectural and design services you have requested.

  • Communicate updates regarding our studio (with your consent)

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

How we protect your Data

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Information collected via our website is stored securely through our hosting provider (Squarespace) and is only accessible by authorized studio members.

Third-Party Data Protection

Our client inquiry form is powered by Google Forms. When you submit an inquiry, your data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy standards and stored securely within our private, password-protected Google Workspace. We utilize these tools to ensure a seamless and secure communication process, and your information is never shared with third parties outside of our essential studio operations.

Your Data Rights 

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, or to request that we correct or delete your information from our records at any time.

uSER TERMS

Effective Date: January 5, 2026

By accessing and using the Le Roux & Co. website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for any unlawful or harmful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any and all of our systems

  • Mislead and misrepresent your identity or submit false information

No Professional-Client Relationship

The use of this website, including the submission of our inquiry questionnaire or the downloading of any materials, does not create a professional-client relationship. Such a relationship is only established once a formal Letter of Engagement or Design Contract has been signed by both parties and the initial commencement fee has been received.

Payments and Booking Policy

  • The Initial Discovery Call is free of charge and non-binding

  • Bookings for the Discovery Call and any Design Consultations are subject to availability

  • To secure and book the Full Service or Renovation/Construction Package with Le Roux & Co., a 50% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm your slot.

  • The final payment instalment is due directly after final delivery of the design, before any installation begins.

  • All payments can be made via Bank Transfer.

  • To secure and book the Style Direction & Concept Design Package, a 70% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm your slot.

  • Payments will be invoiced and are payable within 7 days of Issuance.

  • Any late payments will incur a 5% Weekly Penalty

Cancellation and Refunds

  • If you cancel after the deposit has already been paid, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • If you cancel after the design work has started, additional fees may be charged based on the work already completed, and the 50% down payment will not be refunded.

  • Le Roux & Co. Interior Architecture reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment, Breach of Contract or unprofessional conduct.

Project Timelines

  • A project may only begin after the deposit has been paid and a signed agreement has been received.

  • Delays in client feedback or approvals may delay the agreed timeline.

  • Timeline extensions due to project scope changes will be addressed and quoted.

All content included on this website - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, architectural drawings, design concepts, and imagery - is the exclusive property of Le Roux & Co. Interior Architecture and is protected by UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights.

The 'Le Roux & Co.' brand, signature design methodology, and all technical documentation are proprietary. No part of this site or our design works may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including digital copying or unauthorized project execution based on our design intent, without the prior written permission of the Founder.

Image & Project Credits

At Le Roux & Co., we value the collaborative nature of the Dubai design industry. Images featured on this site represent our original work or design direction. Where projects are the result of collaboration with architects of record or specific contractors, credits are provided accordingly. Unauthorized use of project photography or renders is strictly prohibited.
